Adult Man
For 150 cm tall, IBW=48 kg
For others calculate as follows:
IBW = 1.1 * y + 48
where
y = height in excess of 150 cm
expressed in cms

Adult Woman
For 150 cm tall, IBW = 45 kg
For others calculate as follows:
IBW = 0.9 * y + 48
where
y = height in excess of 150 cm
expressed in cms

Calorie Requirement
30 cal/kg IBW for adult man

27.5 cal/kg IBW for adult woman

Of these calories,
60-70% should come from carbohydrates
15-20% from fats
15-20% from proteins
