Water Melon/Banana Weight Loss Plan


Just follow this, loose weight, and get your dreamed well-shaped toned body:

Morning: 1 Glass Lemon Honey Lukewarm Water
Breakfast: 1 Plate Watermelon 

10 am: Salty Buttermilk

12 pm: Salad, Veg Soup, Watermelon

2 pm: 1 Bowl curd

4 pm: Unsweetened Tea

6 pm: Lemon Water

Dinner: Same as Lunch

For banana plan, you can replace watermelon with banana and curd with milk.
