Roasted Chicken For Healthy Body

Ingredients
  1. Chicken - 800 gm
  2. Salt - 1/2 Spoon
  3. Tandoori Chicken Masala - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Oregano - 1 Pinch
  5. Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Vinegar - 1 ml
  7. Orange Red Colour - 1 pinch mixed with water
  8. Curd - 1/2 cup

Method
  1. Wash chicken properly and remove fat
  2. Mix above ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes
  3. Use microwave+ grill for 10 minutes for first side of marinated chicken
  4. Repeat above step for second side of chicken
Indication for proper cook: Meat will leave the bone
